Every Flocci garment is made to order using locally sourced alpaca fibre… and they’re all knitted by hand, by me – Jules!
As a one woman band, the production process can take a little longer than your average off-the-shelf knit but please know it is being filled with dedication, love and feel good vibes (for you and the planet)! Because of this, there may be slight variations between products, such as 1-2cm leeway in sizing. This isn’t a fault, but a uniqueness that comes with every knit.
Sometimes, however, we realise that faults can occur. So if you unfortunately notice a genuine fault in your garment, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving it and I’ll be more than happy to exchange your item or fix it where applicable.
If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us prior to making the order, so that we can be sure we have got your size right!
With everything being made to order, Flocci does not accept refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. We understand that our garments can be a big investment for many, so we’ve tried to include as much detail as possible in our product descriptions. But if we’ve missed anything, please email email@example.com and I’ll happily answer any and all the questions you may have before you make a purchase.
Like any soft woollen garment, alpaca wool will pill from time-to-time. With care, the pilling can easily be removed. This will allow your garment to look like new for years to come.
We do not accept returns for pilling as this is not a fault with the product, but a natural process for soft woolen fibres.
